Actually that would be 3000 Euro for the a7R III and 2400 Euro for the

a7R III body only $2998.00

FE 16-35mm f/2.8 GM - $2198.00

Total: $5,196.00 or 4,509 Euro

If I order both items there for shipment to Germany the total becomes
USD 6626 because you have to add 1371 USD in duties & tax. Then it's
cheaper if I buy them here (6200 USD only).

Seems that in the USA you have lower duties & tax.
