Books on Photographic Techniques & Composition

I am very new to photography. I think I'm getting down the technical
aspects of photography, (shutter speed, apeture, depth of field,
etc.).

I would now like to find some good books on general techniques of
composition. Any and all suggestions would be appreciated.

Andreas Feininger is very good. He wrote many books touching on the subject.

check your library.

Time/Life and Kodak had some nice books, examples maybe dated but the
concepts haven't changed.

Thanks for the suggestions. I looked up Feininger's books and they
look very interesting. I appreciate the help.
